900 DEGREE MUGNAINI OVEN: Pizza tastes best cooked at high temperatures to crisp the crust, caramelize the cheese and toppings and seal in the flavors. We use an authentic Mugnaini oven imported from Italy. It is the same wood fired oven used by great pizza restaurants across the U.S. and it is the heart of our Blazing Hearth experience.

DUAL BEER TAPS: Handcrafted pizza needs great craft beer. Our truck is equipped with a custom “kegerator system” and two beer taps to serve your favorite craft beers. Let us pair some local craft beers with your pizza menu selections.

OUR TEAM: Every event includes our fully trained team of pizza professionals. We bring two wood fired oven cooks, pizza prep cooks and service staff to create an amazing Blazing Hearth Pizza experience your guests will remember.  

THE KITCHEN: This fully equipped mobile kitchen complete with refrigeration and water lets our pizza cooks handcraft each pizza at your home or event. 

FULL ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM: With a 60" TV, Satellite Dish, DirectTV Package, Blu Ray DVD Player and Yamaha Audio System, you can watch the big game, have a binge TV party, play family videos, show corporate presentations or just plug in your personal playlist. Our unique entertainment system adds an exciting element to your party and the Blazing Hearth experience.

THE BLAZING HEARTH PARTY: We bring decorative lights, pizza bar tables, a serving station canopy and Blazing Hearth Cornhole to enhance the party atmosphere in any season. And of course the Blazing Hearth itself creates its own unique warmth and glow.
